How to make VEGAN Sweet Potato Gnocchi : VKL 16
You may have tried our deep fried version at a Toronto market, but this is the gnocchi in its plain form. It is still yummy, and slightly more healthy sans oil.
Plan ahead and set aside several hours to make this recipe! Once they are cooked, they can refrigerated or frozen and reheated whenever you are craving heating them.
